ABSTRACT 
A preparation method of mango leaf tea comprises the following steps of cleaning mango leaves, water-removing, rolling, airing, second pan-fired drying, re-rolling, spreading and drying in the air, baking, mixing the mango leaves with black tea, green tea and preserved petals of sweet osmanthus, and manufacturing the mango leaf tea. The mango leaf tea has a good health protection function, and can provide an example for the utilization of mango leaves and improve the comprehensive benefit of mango. As a novel product, the mango leaf tea is convenient to store, transport and sell, can provide a new road for the comprehensive utilization of mango and improve the overall economic benefit of mango planting.; The preparation method of mango leaf tea is a practical method which can conveniently deal with the material in large amount with good food quality and safety, high production efficiency, and good quality of products.
